About Elder Grange

Situated within the residential area of Governor’s Hill, Douglas, Elder Grange was officially opened in December 1994.

The first home opened by Elder Healthcare (IOM) Limited and the brainchild of Elaine Elder who had many years’ experience in care of the elderly, her aim was to ensure that residents received a very high standard of care in an environment that was designed for their needs, whilst at the same time showing respect and dignity.

We are proud to be celebrating 20 years of providing high quality nursing care to people living on the Isle of Man.

Set in landscaped gardens with stunning panoramic views, this beautiful Nursing Home is situated close to facilities which offer a doctors surgery, dentist, chemist, general store and public House and is close to public transport links.
